  Want to instantly lose trust in the Oakley brand? Ask for Miguel! ​If you ever wake up and think, "I'd really love to deal with someone who is an absolute masterclass in unprofessionalism today," run, don't walk, to this dirty Oakley store and ask for Miguel. ​I came in to return a two-week-old purchase. Miguel, whose only apparent expertise is being aggressively unhelpful and super fake, denied my return due to "scratches." I’ve attached a photo of these glasses so you can all admire the invisible, non-existent damage his wild imagination conjured up. ​But wait, it gets weirder. To confirm my purchase, Miguel called the original store I bought them from. After a moment, he told us, "They're not picking up." I had to look it up on my phone only to find out the store was currently closed. Why couldn't he just tell us that? Because, as I mentioned, he is #1 at being unhelpful. ​I went to the Oakley store at the Citadel, and it was night and day. The Citadel staff were incredibly nice, highly professional, and made life incredibly easy. Save yourself the headache and the bizarre fake attitude. Skip this location entirely and go straight to the Citadel!

  If I could put zero stars I would !!!!!!!!!! Here is my experience at Oakley Cerritos, I went to Oakley to get prescription glasses took my prescription that my doctor gave me, for whatever reason the tech decided to input his own self made prescription and mess up my order completely. I went back to let them know that I am having issues seeing with my glasses so they went and placed a new order but this time with the “correct prescription” keep in mind now I’m without prescription glasses for over a week 2 weeks after the new order was made I didn’t get no update I called and they tell me oh yea the lenses are here but I now need to locate the frames that you left us because they cannot be found so they should be ready next week. This is so unprofessional who does that !!! Who decides to put their own prescription in when you have the prescription from the DOCTOR in your hand !!!! I’ve wasted 3.5 weeks when I could’ve taken my business elsewhere and gotten my glasses on time don’t waste your time at this Oakley location take your business elsewhere!!!!! Jeremy was the associate!

  I had purchased a pair of Oakley Vanguard‘s at the end of March, which unfortunately stop working properly. Called into the store spoke with Jeremy the manager. He told me to bring the glasses in. He would help me troubleshoot them and worst case scenario, he would switch them out for a new pair. I arrived to the store. They gave me a brand new pair, after a few minutes of troubleshooting. Service was amazing. Thank you, Jeremy.

  The sales person who assisted me was very friendly and professional. Her customer service was outstanding. The Oakley product is top notch but the customer service is what will keep me coming back.
