  I don’t understand how they can sell used shoes. The girl who helped me kept emphasizing that they were a new pair. I was confused cause aren’t all shoes new? I got home and realized they were USED. I’m never shopping at this Nordstroms.

  I honestly don’t usually write reviews, but after my experience today I really wanted to take the time to recognize Vicky L.E. She was absolutely amazing! I originally went in just to get color matched for a foundation, and somehow she turned it into one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at Nordstrom. She took her time with me and helped me find a foundation that actually worked for my skin, but she didn’t stop there. She showed me blushes and bronzers that complemented my skin tone and gave me so many little makeup tips along the way. I’m definitely not a makeup expert, so I genuinely appreciated how much she explained without ever making me feel overwhelmed or pressured to buy anything. One thing I really loved was that she didn’t just stick to one brand. She walked around with me, showed me different products and brands, and really seemed to care about finding things that worked for ME rather than just trying to sell me something. She even took me over to fragrances and introduced me to different scents and brands while explaining things about fragrance that I had never known before. I learned so much from her in just one visit! I’ve been shopping at Nordstrom for years, and I can honestly say I’ve never had someone give me this level of customer service. Vicky was so sweet, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I went in for a foundation and left with new products, new makeup tips, fragrance knowledge, and such a positive experience. Vicky, if you happen to see this, THANK YOU! You made my day and made shopping feel fun instead of overwhelming. Nordstrom is very lucky to have you. I will definitely be looking for you the next time I come in! ❤️

  Great for toddlers! You can get them a balloon on the 2nd floor by the kids section.

  Great suits, shirts, and accessories to complete the look. And even got my measurements taken with no pressure to buy. Couldn't ask for a better experience

  Carlos in the women’s shoe department is amazing! What an asset to the Nordstrom company! I went in today to buy my mom her first pair of Birkenstocks and we had gone to another Nordstrom where the service made her leave without a purchase. We came today to Nordstrom Cerritos and Carlos was on top of it! He was so helpful, gave great ideas, listened and worked with so much love. We purchased two shoes with him and happily because he gave us the best service we’ve ever had at Nordstrom! What a gem of a team member, thank you Carlos, we are appreciative of your customer service!
