  I typically shop at this Lululemon location often, but unfortunately my experience today with Jessica was extremely disappointing. From the moment my cousin and I entered the store, the vibe felt weird and uncomfortable. Jessica repeatedly stared at us while we were shopping but never approached us to offer assistance or ask if we needed help. I actually had to approach Jessica myself to ask about sizing for the Align leggings and what colors were available. Even after I asked for assistance, there was very little effort to help us shop or find what we needed. She eventually went to the back and folded leggings while we continued shopping on our own. What concerned me even more was watching Jessica proactively offer assistance to other customers in the store who appeared to be Hispanic. My cousin and I are Black women, and the noticeable difference in how we were treated made me genuinely question whether our race played a role. I obviously cannot speak to her intentions, but I can speak to how the interaction made us feel. Being repeatedly watched while other customers were approached and offered assistance was extremely uncomfortable. This was especially disappointing because I brought my cousin here for her first Lululemon shopping experience. She is getting ready to deploy with the Navy for nine months, and we specifically came in to purchase workout clothing for her deployment. I shop here regularly and wanted her to have a good experience before she left. We were paying customers who came in intending to shop and spend money. We should not have had to seek out basic customer service while watching that same service being freely offered to others. Unfortunately, the entire experience made us feel unwelcome. As someone who has regularly shopped at this location, I’m extremely disappointed and will not be returning to the Cerritos store.

  Kayla is an absolute superstar! I stopped by the Lululemon in the Cerritos Mall, and Kayla completely elevated my shopping experience. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. Her energy and professionalism stood out right away — you can tell she genuinely cares about every guest who walks through the door. People like Kayla are what make a brand truly special. She turned a simple shopping trip into a memorable experience. Huge shoutout to her for representing Lululemon with such excellence!

  Love coming to this location! Melissa helped me out so much today, she noticed I wasn’t having much luck with some running shorts & she made a suggestion for different styles I normally wouldn’t pick and ended being perfect. She was super sweet and helpful!
