- TJTony JuarezOct 5, 20261.0By far one of the worst experiences I’ve had, especially as a longtime Longchamp customer. I came into the store and was helped by one of the male employees, who I believe was named Alex or Alejandro. He smelled strongly of alcohol, his eyes were extremely bloodshot, and his overall behavior made me concerned that he may have been under the influence of something. When I asked him questions about different selections, he gave me very short, dismissive answers and did not seem interested in helping me at all. It was an extremely uncomfortable and disappointing experience. I came back another day when he wasn’t there, and one of the female employees helped me instead. The difference was night and day. She was attentive, helpful, and made the experience significantly better. Unfortunately, I’ve seen this same employee several times when visiting this Nordstrom, and I’ve repeatedly noticed the strong smell of alcohol and similar behavior. I’m genuinely surprised this has continued, because it reflects very poorly on the level of service I normally associate with Longchamp.
