  Lulu was so sweet and helpful! She helped me shop for a bachelorette gift and showed me so many options and combinations! I was very indecisive but she was so patient and made my shopping experience extremely pleasant!

  Love the products. Customer service to exchange a size was very unpleasant. They said because I got items at sale price that they were a final sale. When I placed my order online, no where did it state that the order was a final sale. They reached out to a district manager to try to get approval for an even exchange. I won’t go back to this location. Update: I did recently go to the Irvine location. Liliana was amazing and provided excellent customer service. She resolved all my concerns within 30 minutes, was super personable, and very helpful!

  Fantastic, only brick and mortar I buy from. Inclusive staff with excellent recommendations and concern for privacy. Only suggestion is slightly larger fitting rooms.
