- NTNischitha ThimmegowdaJul 23, 20261.0I visited the Saint Laurent (YSL) outlet at Woodbury Common Premium Outlets on 07/23/2026 between 2 pm to 6pm. I asked a female associate whether a particular handbag was available. The interaction left me feeling uncomfortable because the associate laughed and discussed my question with another employee instead of simply helping me while I was standing there. Another associate then told me that the bag was not sent to the outlet. The overall interaction left me feeling unwelcome. I wanted to share this experience because it did not reflect the level of professionalism I expected from a luxury brand.

I was in the store and my wife was asked to wait in line as she arrived 2 minutes later. So we walked out as there's a lot to shop in woodbury and see know WHY ysl rating is low

To make matters worse, they didn’t even answer the phone when I called back. Whoever the manager for this team is, needs to correct this!
