Our family in Oxnard sent us a basket we missed the first delivery I called twice to set up new delivery and twice they did not deliver or call us. My third call this morning and the manager Shavon gave us a rushed unapologetic apology she talked over me would not let me get a word in. She had an ATTITUDE with me for calling to find out what happened to our delivery. So I had to check her- yes she couldn't handle getting a taste of her own medicine so she decided to refund our delivery back to the purchaser. She is condescending, incompetent, rude and should not be in the customer service business. You lose Edible Arrangements. STARS HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DO NOT USE!!
