- TGTameka GloverJul 5, 20261.0If I could give a zero, I would. The store was more than an hour late opening and charged me for my order but not open to give it to me. This store deserves to close down. Unprofessional.
- BRBreanne RiveraMay 9, 20252.0I ordered the Mother's Day Berry, Cheesecake, & Balloon Gift Set. This order was supposed to be special to my mom for Mother's Day. When she received her gift she only received the strawberries with out it sealed and missing the cheesecake. The delivery person had called my mom to say they didn't see the cheesecake and drove back to drop it off. When I called my mom I asked if she got her balloon and she said no and even asked the delivery person if her order came with a balloon. I called the location directly stating she didn't receive the balloon and the lady had put me on hold for about 10 min. The lady told me she would have the balloon delivered to my mom today. It's frustrating that I paid money for a holiday and it was so unorganized and not to mention the strawberries were not sealed at all that anyone could have opened the box. This is my first and last time ordering from edible arrangements. I will be looking elsewhere next time.I do not recommend!!!
