  My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Fourtané in Carmel-by-the-Sea. Chris helped me with my first Rolex and he made the entire process smooth and memorable. The store has a beautiful homey feel and everyone made the experience feel very hospitable without being rushed or pressured. I’m very happy with the watch and grateful to Chris and the Fourtané team for making my first Rolex purchase such a great experience! Hopefully next time we’ll be posting a picture with my wife’s Rolex too!

  Been in here many times now and the thing that stands out the most is how incredibly nice and inviting staff is. I’ve been in here with my whole family, including elementary aged kids and a toddler and we get the same treatment and respect as those without, even when the kids are going a little crazy. Haha. Just today, I took my oldest daughter in on a daddy daughter date and Beth made her feel so special by letting her try on multiple watches which she’s still raving about hours later. Truly exceptional customer service by Beth, Jose, and julian. If you’re thinking of stopping by here, you won’t be disappointed.

  The customer service at Fourtane is beyond excellent. I have been to a dozen or so Rolex ADs throughout the states and abroad and never have I been treated so well! After creating my profile in their registry i was walked over to their Rolex certified pre-owned section by Milena to browse their many certified pre-owned selection they have in stock. Never have I seen so many Rolex’s available for purchase! The elite customer service didn’t end when I left the store. Milena sent me an e-mail and text message offering me a new stock model. Unfortunately it was not one on my registry, but I will be happy to wait for one that is to come in stock and make the drive back to Carmel!

  Amazing experience buying my first Rolex with Milena! My wife and I were welcomed warmly the moment we stepped into the store by the staff and they made sure we were comfortable. I can't say how incredibly Milena was, in not only explaining the different models but also quickly recognizing which type of styles I preferred. She has incredible knowledge about the different models and their history. Milena guided me through the process patiently as it took us more than 2 hours to decide on a model and by then the store was closing down for the day. Milena and her college ensured we were taken care of through out the process. Thank you Milena!

  I recently visited Fourtané to purchase my first Rolex and l was helped by Milena at the Carmel By the Sea. l have to admit that l was impressed by the service and professionalism that I received. Milena not only helped me to choose the right model but also provided excellent in depth information about the model including servicing and maintenance of the watch. Since it was my first Rolex, she helped me to pick the right model which took all the pressure off my shoulders. It was very enjoyable and positive experience for me. Both Milena and Chris, who initially helped put me in the right direction, are expert in the Rolex time piece world.
