  Josh called me and said that he had a new Rolex for me at the Carmel location. I hopped in my car and drove down to the store. Josh and Steve had a new Batman on Oyster waiting for me! I was beyond excited as it was unexpected. I have known Josh, John, Sandy, Kris and Steve for 22 years now. Josh has always been my AD!! Over the years, I have had the opportunity to own a Deep Sea, Deep Sea Cameron, Wimbledon, Sea Dweller, Yachtmaster, Green Milgaus, Sub Date, Hulk, a few OP’s and now the Batman. I can not say enough great things about this store and its staff across the board. They make you feel like family! Thank you to the Bonifas family for all the years of friendship!

  Milena is incredible. I’ve never felt more welcomed in a Rolex store—or experienced such amazing customer service anywhere. She truly makes you feel like family. She went above and beyond to help me secure my watch and also recommended the perfect jewelry for my wife. The candle and handwritten note were such thoughtful touches and made the entire experience even more memorable. From now on, I’ll only be shopping with Milena and this team. Truly exceptional service from start to finish. 👍

  Eryn Allen at Fortane was simply fabulous! And by the way, the jewelry was fabulous as well! I was going through something that was life altering, not in the best way, and she helped me find two very perfect rings that lifted my spirits and helped me feel better in the moment and when I received them, she had them sent to me where I live in Boston overnight. I even accidentally left one of my AirPods there and she called me right away so I could run and go grab it. The staff here the Jewelry here this beautiful beautiful store is top-notch. And when I return to caramel by the sea I will be going right back.

  My fiancé and I visit Carmel regularly and always make a point to stop into Fourtane Jewelers to browse. On one visit, I met Julian and spent some time trying on a few watches to figure out what I really liked. He took down my information and told me he’d reach out if something came in. A few months later, he texted me about a Rolex Sea-Dweller that had just arrived and it was exactly what I was looking for. Julian is top-notch: knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely great to work with. He made the whole experience feel personal without any pressure.
