- ADAbraham DiazDec 10, 20211.0Worst place to buy quality sunglasses. I just bought them (like 3 days ago) and only wear them one time and the letters started to just disappear. Talked to Alberto a “sales” representative and said they could not do anything. Instead he gave me attitude and did not provide a solution to the problem. The sunglasses are over $220 for them to just ignore me! Stay away from that place! Buy elsewhere!!!

After giggling with her coworker for a few minutes, she told us that she couldn’t return the item because the website was down and there was no manager there to fix it. She told us to come back on Thanksgiving Day to return it. Instead, we went directly to another department and asked for the manager. Sure enough there was a manager there, and they were available to take return no problem. Given the difficulty of making a return and the condescending and difficult attitude of Sabrina, I would recommend not giving this Sunglass Hut location your business.

I wanted to do an exchange and they couldn't do it because I didnt purchase it from a Macys Sunglass Hut. If you are going to use the franchise name, you should work with all customers but get rid of the name and just sell sunglasses.
