She was double charged due to a store error and has been trying for months to get a $654 refund that was promised multiple times. No documentation, no follow-through, and now little communication from the store. As someone watching this play out, it’s really disappointing customer service. I wouldn’t trust them with a large purchase.

She was charged $654 for an online order that the store couldn’t fulfill as promised, then was told to purchase the same sunglasses again in store with the assurance the original charge would be refunded. Months later, there is still no refund, no proof of return, and corporate confirms no refund was ever processed. The store has repeatedly promised to fix it but nothing has happened, and communication has stopped. This has been stressful, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Customers shouldn’t have to chase down their own money after being double charged. We won’t be shopping here again. Everytime we call, we get hung up on. Absolute JOKE of a store.
