- JKJames KelloggSep 19, 20261.0Do not buy from sunglass hut. I purchased a $300 pair of gucci sunglasses and the screw snapped in half within a 20 days of purchase and they are telling me there is nothing they can do to help. This has nothing to do with their employees. Even under my frustrations they handled it incredibly well. This review is all about sunglass hut and their policies. Horrific. Do better. Edit: thankfully there is one amazing employee that is helping in a different location. Wild how much they have run me around for a replacement of a defective pair of sunglasses. It’s funny how “clever” their management think they are when blatantly lying to their customers. I will gladly edit this once resolved. Edit 2: replaced sunglasses BUT only because of an extremely amazing customer that was in the store, the employees then decided to say “you’re welcome” in a snarky way as I was leaving because I didn’t say thank you and to me they did nothing to deserve a thank you so no I will not say thank you for bad customer service. If it wasn’t for the customer I would still not have a replacement.
- JGJustin GarretAug 27, 20265.0I have visited this location twice now, due to me losing my sunglasses. I have had the fortunate opportunity of having Adrianne help me both times. She has been nothing short of amazing. She’s a fantastic person as well very to attentive to all patrons inside the store. I would absolutely recommend this location because of her as she absolutely elevates it. Thank you!
