- RNRyan NarvaezSep 4, 20261.0I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this particular location. I purchased a pair of glasses and was told that they would honor the promotion allowing me to purchase a second pair at 50% off. Before making the trip, my wife even called the location to confirm that they would honor the offer if I came in that day. I drove all the way from Chula Vista to Carlsbad specifically based on that confirmation, only to be told upon arrival that they would not honor what I had been promised. It was extremely frustrating and disappointing to make such a long trip based on information that was confirmed beforehand, only to have it denied when I arrived. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled left me feeling misled and completely dissatisfied with the customer service I received. I would not return to this location or recommend it to others based on this experience. Would rate 0 stars if I could!
