They all looked at me like a deer in headlights, no "welcome, hello, how can I help?" I pretty much handled my own customer service. The old bald gentlemen who handed me my order wasn't very friendly... no thank you, have a nice day, just a blank look while the others gossiped at the register. You make cool stuff Oakley, but I question ever supporting the brand after this experience.
