  This was my first time at this location while I was visiting SD, and wow! The girls were all so incredibly helpful, kind and offered such great advice and helped me make really great choices. I left so pleased!

  Hate making bad reviews in general, because I love the store and the quality of the jewelry. However this particular staff is truly rude and disrespectful. Its nice to see in the reviews I wasnt the only one who felt this way. I felt immediately judged and wasnt even greeted, usually thats not a big deal to me but when i asked for help no one came my way and the staff kept talking in their pwn conversations and they didnt come over to help rather speak to me from where they were having their conversation. I felt like I was intruding and that I shouldnt be in there based off their attitudes. This was such a bummer to experience because it wasnt the first time its happened at this location. I would rather shop online than feel this unwelcome again.

  I live in Buffalo, New York we do not yet have a Gorjana I travel to Carlsbad quite frequently to see family. I have several pieces most of them were given as a gift. My favorite bracelet I had was broken and I brought it in to be repaired . I had the pleasure of working with Sol. She was so kind , informative and friendly. She was able to order a new bracelet similar style, and have it shipped to me for free. I had also pointed out a bracelet that I had on my wrist from the store that had tarnished. She took it off and replaced it right there and then no questions asked with the exact same one she had in the store. Her customer service skills were incredible. I simply went in to have one bracelet repaired and I ended up, leaving with two brand new bracelets, and a beautiful tote bag. Thank you again, Sol For taking such great care of me, I look forward to Visiting your store next time I am in town. Keep shining!!! Thanks again.
