Beware! Terrible experience, horrible customer service. I was not able to exchange a brand new item with US tag and receipt that was purchased overseas and they have the exact same item displayed in their store. Claiming that the item was sold in a different currency. Not even customer support team was able to help, telling me that I should just keep the item.

I had such a wonderful experience at Alo! The manager, Ilana, is amazing — so professional, sweet, and genuinely helpful. The entire team she manages is just as wonderful. Everyone is always welcoming, attentive, and so helpful. I had been trying so hard to get a specific pair of sunglasses that were very difficult to find, and the team kept me updated by text. As soon as they arrived in store, they let me know and I was able to get them right away. Such amazing customer service! 💕
