  I had such a great experience at Windsor! Damaris was so kind, helpful, and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for and made the whole experience so welcoming. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in her work. She definitely deserves recognition for her amazing customer service!!!

  I was walking to the Food Court and as I was walking, I saw an employee from Windsor run out the store and stop these two kids that I had seen walk by Zara earlier. When the employee approached them, she began yelling and accusing the kids of stealing from the store. At first I was shocked, but then I began to think that if they really did steal, why would they wait for the employee to approach them, they would have ran. The employee began yelling at these two kids and they looked so confused and embarrassed. Definitely not a mature apporach, especially to two kids who look like they barely are in High School. And as the employee walked away, she kept yelling curse words at the kids. Very unprofessional, no teenager should be spoken by an adult like this. Is this the standard for Windsor? I even walked into the store and the lady was rude to other customers and attitude was far from nice.

  I’ve lived in Woodland Hills for five years and I’m not sure what it is about Windsor But it’s the only store in the entire mall that people are actually rude to you. I can deal with people not paying attention to me them being tired or me having to go look with someone but being outright rude I just don’t understand. Yesterday my friend and I visited the store. We wanted to look at a specific area. One of the employees seemed to be putting things away but then when I looked at her hands she was just moving one item from one spot to the next keeping us from looking at the section for a few minutes. I was confused at first I thought she might’ve been a customer just looking through the clothes. Finally we just went to another part of the store I found a dress I liked and I asked the employee behind the desk (who was not busy ) if she could help me with the dress. Not once did she look at me, she just said which dress and pointed in different directions. It seemed like if I pissed her off by asking for a dress. She literally side rolled her eyes and then proceeded to walk towards the back, she couldn’t find the stick the get the dress down and was annoyed at that. When she finally got it down and handed it to me she immediately walked away. I followed her to the front and asked her “hello can I use the dressing room to try it on, Again she didn’t look at me she just looked at the dressing room rooms and said go to number one. I didn’t like the dress because it wasn’t bandage it was just ribbed so there wasn’t much structure to it. My friend mentioned while I was changing I ended up putting my shirt on inside out so I went right back to the dressing room to switch it. When I came out my friend said that she handed the dress back to the Same woman who Was also rude to her. I would’ve overlooked it but this happens to me every single time I’m in Windsor I’m pretty sure I’ve had the same person treat me that way before she was a petite brunette that seemed to be the boss of the other girls but I could be mistaken. Windsor is by far the rudest store in the whole mall. I didn’t feel comfortable looking at clothes and I definitely didn’t feel like buying anything. On the way out it said goodbye and thank you to the two girls and neither one of them looked up or said anything… I looked at my friend and said wow they’re so nice here????? I love Topanga Mall I’ve hosted Fan meet and greets in other stores. I shop here often and I’m just disappointed Windsor is awesome store but every time I go in there I feel like I might as well just went online. Getting attitude from the girls that work there isn’t worth it.

  Thee WORST customer service. Yelling at customers for ACCIDENTALLY dropping something & threatening them afterwards. Yelling across the store, cursing. Completely unacceptable.

  My experience at this place was very disappointing. The customer service was terrible. Michael and Nataly were unprofessional and unfriendly throughout my visit. At the register, they spoke to customers rudely, handed items over without courtesy, and seemed more interested in talking among themselves than helping customers. I also felt uncomfortable because they appeared to be speaking negatively about customers. They never checked to see if everything was okay or if anyone needed assistance. Instead, they gave unfriendly looks and were shouting across the store in English. Overall, the atmosphere was unwelcoming, and the service was extremely poor. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
