  it took a while for someone to help me, so I was just wandering around the store for quite some time while the security just stared at me silently. an older lady sales rep ended up helping me but wasn’t very knowledgeable about the lady dior bags. She didn’t really explain much about the bags, just to choose one and what color I wanted. I asked if they ever have it in calf skin and if its in store and she said “yes of course, most of these are calf skin” even though they are made primarily in lambskin? She doubled down until she checked the tags and checked online and confirmed what I said was correct. She wasn’t particularly friendly and didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. I highly recommend the one in South Coast Plaza over this place.

  The most inappropriate, Rude ,disgusting, unprofessional, ignorant, Repulsive Sales persons i have ever dealt with! They could care less to help you; every single one of them have managed to ignore right from the beginning and by the time you exit. Zero level manners or experience or class and some how every single one of them has managed to offend me every time I go. Unfortunately this is the closest Dior to me ,but I have to say Dior vegas at Wynn hotel is not much wonderful

  I was very disappointed by the rudeness of the staff at this Dior location. I walked in and I was about to ask my questions but was rudely told I can find the Dior perfumes at Macy’s. He essentially insinuated I was too poor to be there and that I should leave. You’ve lost a customer, Dior.

  Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE experience at this Dior store. From the moment my mom and I walked in, we were met with cold, dismissive behavior. The employee at the entrance didn’t greet us and instead gave us a rude, judgmental look. We went to the perfume section ready to spend money, yet not a single employee acknowledged us or offered help. When we asked questions, the responses were short, unfriendly, and clearly uninterested. What made it worse was watching staff actively assist other customers while completely ignoring us. The difference in treatment was obvious and uncomfortable. We left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. For a brand that prides itself on luxury and customer experience, this location fails completely. If this is the standard here, I would strongly recommend taking your business ELSEWHERE. Dior do better.
