  Jennifer helped me out and was very kind. I went in to buy some brown low top strike boots. The lowest size they had in stock was 40 and still a bit big. She found a size 39 in a khaki color and asked me to try it on to reference the brown one. It ended up fitting perfectly and she then ordered the size 39 in brown online for me, which I picked up a week after and love. She also helped me out with a distressed sweater I got for 40% off. Again she was accommodative and provided all the sizing / references I wanted. Her opinions on the different styles helped me pick the best one. I appreciate that she went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchases.

  Visited twice to pick up a bag and pair of shoes. Ryan took great care of me, was kind and welcoming, not pushy and overall gave great service. The bag I was looking for was only left in the display and had some wear, but Ryan went out of his way to hold for me at Beverly Center. After I got home, the shoes felt a little off, so I reached out and replied to his thank you text. He responded immediately and checked a different pair and held them for me. I came back in, exchanged and also picked up a bag charm. Again, he went out of his way to help. Very happy with the service and will certainly return!
