  I honestly wanted to cry after my in-store experience at this location. I stopped by for the new Azure Blue color drop, excited to make a purchase, but the customer service was incredibly disappointing. I noticed several employees interacting with other customers, yet no one acknowledged me or asked if I needed assistance. I spent quite a while walking around the store trying to figure out if certain items were in stock before I finally had to approach an employee myself. The atmosphere felt very snobbish and appearance-driven. I had just gotten off work as a behavioral therapist, so I was dressed casually and looked tired after my shift. Regardless of how someone is dressed, every customer deserves to be greeted and treated with respect. This experience left me feeling unwelcome and disappointed. I’ll be taking my business to the Westlake Village location instead, where I’m hoping for a much better customer service experience.

  i dont think i'll be shopping at Alo anylonger since every store i visit has the same (negative) experience. igored, not talked to, and made feel like I am unwelcomed
