- WLWilliam Lawyer1 day ago5.0Great service friendly staff
- TSThomas ShelbyAug 16, 20261.0the Sunglass Hut location at in the Promenade, next to Wetzel Pretzel, is a completely different experience. Manager Jacobi has been genuine, respectful, and actually treats people like human beings. Unfortunately, my experiences with Mario and Amber have been the opposite. Their attitudes and approach to customer interactions left a very poor impression on me, particularly when it came to sales pressure and how customers were treated. The most complaints I ever heard were from these two. no personality having, barely hair on their scalps, stank breaths and the ugly shows on the outside too! Regional management also has a history of discrimination and racial prejudice, especially towards the women ..you can find the public case under (Teri Pliego vs Dorty) funny enough this lady has haack in their name and a hack she is .

- EPEnrique PadronJun 18, 20265.0Daniela was incredibly helpful during my visit to the Camarillo Outlets! From the moment I walked into the store, she seemed to know exactly what I was looking for. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Her excellent customer service made the entire shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. If you’re visiting Sunglass Hut next to the boba shop, be sure to ask for Daniela, you’ll be in great hands!
