  The worst customer experience I have had at the outlets by far. I came in to look for a good and long lasting luggage set. I came in and one of the workers was rude and did not care to explain anything. I left and did some more shopping; few hours passed by, and went back (shouldn’t have). There was an older man who was working alone (felt bad) and it was packed during a weekend. I stood and waited my turn for 15-20mins. When it was my turn I explained the set I liked and wanted a different color (it was on the top shelf out of reach). He then left me and helped another customer. Very rude customer service. There are many more luggage stores in the outlets don’t waste your time here; go to The Luggage Store next to Hollister. SJ is the best.

  I cannot thank Sinjay enough for rescuing me! After my maiden voyage through TSA 🛬 with this new Nobl luggage I bought online, I was unable to open neither my TSA lock or combination to access my things-despite my numerous YouTube and Google searches! Frustrating. I resorted to searching out a luggage store, and hit the jackpot with customer service via the Camarillo Premium Outlets @ theluggagestores.com through Sinjay. He was so kind and patient with my situation, and reset my code with no charge! If I lived in the area I would shop there again!!
