  I had an excellent experience with Polacheck’s Jewelers Rolex Service Center. Karla was absolutely amazing,professional, kind and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She kept me informed every step of the way and made everything smooth and stress-free. The biggest surprise was that I received my Rolex GMT-Master II Batman back much earlier than the promised completion date. The watch looks fantastic, and the service exceeded my expectations.
