  I’m honestly beyond disappointed with the customer service at Polacheck’s Jewelers when it comes to purchasing a Rolex. I have also called the owner 4 times to return my call and all I get is crickets. Like many others, I was told I was “on the list,” yet months go by without a single phone call, update, or real communication. Meanwhile, I constantly hear from people that the watches are somehow going to preferred clients or customers spending large amounts on jewelry first. Let’s be honest, it feels less about a true waiting list and more about how much additional money you spend in the store before being “offered” a Rolex. If that’s the business model, just be transparent about it instead of giving customers false hope. I’ve heard the same story from too many people for this to feel like an isolated experience. The lack of communication, transparency, and honesty is what’s most frustrating. At the end of the day, great luxury service should make customers feel valued, not misled. Hezi Cohen

  I had an excellent experience working with Mark while purchasing a Rolex watch for my wife. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very patient throughout the entire process. Mark made everything smooth and stress-free, and he truly helped me find the perfect watch for a very special gift. His customer service and attention to detail were outstanding. I highly recommend asking for Mark if you’re looking for a great purchasing experience.

  I couldn't be more thrilled with my recent allocation of a black Submariner (126610LN). As someone who scuba dives regularly and wanted a capable daily driver, this piece fits my lifestyle perfectly. Polacheck's sales associate Atlee was professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process — she was upfront about realistic timelines given the demand for this reference, and checked in consistently via text to gauge my continued interest. When that text finally came through that my name had been called, I was ecstatic and it couldn't have been better timing, arriving just two weeks before my birthday. I'll absolutely be returning to Polacheck's as my collection grows. The patience and wait time are well worth it for a piece this iconic.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience with Polacheck’s. Charlotte originally reached out to me about a Patek Philippe I was interested in, and although it wasn’t exactly what I expected when I came in, the level of attention and follow-up was excellent. While there, I stopped by the Rolex boutique next door and met Jacqueline, who let me know they had a Datejust 36mm with a white dial and Roman numerals available. My wife Vanessa and I tried it on, and we immediately loved it. It was the perfect piece. What really stood out was the professionalism and integrity of the team. There were other clients who came in asking about the same watch right after me, but they honored that it had already been sold to me. That level of respect and customer care goes a long way. Big thank you to Charlotte and Jacqueline for making the whole experience smooth and memorable. Highly recommend!
