  Very weird experience and nothing felt like a fair price for consignment name. Extremely rude staff, I asked questions a few times and no one was willing to help- they kept redirecting me to someone else. I found a drawer full of cockroaches and they didn’t care at all, nothing was done about it.

  May 27 *Adding to my previous review* Headed back to this magical place and saw a stunning red Chinese screen with beautiful figurines in ornate detail. I called the next day and got Elizabeth on the phone. Very kind, accommodating, polite, lovely woman. She went above and beyond to get me a discount from the manager who did not hesitate. I went in with my tools to seperate the panels even though they offered to have their great guys to wrap it for $5 and get it into the car for me but I like doing these kinds of things. Elisabeth came over and helped me by holding it while I dismantled the screen. We had a great chat. It was a fun relaxed exchange. Elisabeth is hard working, cares about clients, very professional and a valuable asset to this company. She is a gem. Thank you so much for making my purchase feel like Christmas! In addition I wish to mention Jacob who is stationed at the front door. He provided first rate concierge service offering to help me to my vehicle and also holding the door as soon as he saw me coming. He was a gentleman, professional and kind. He appreciates art and pointed out extra details in my screen that I didn't notice in my rush to get it home. Excellent eye! Good job Jacob! Thanks so much! Love this place! Floyd is amazing. A lovely classy gentleman (who dresses impeccably, loved his suit!) and was the deciding factor in my purchase of an incredible large fairytale mirror. I was on the fence but his energy helped me make a snap decision before anyone else snagged it. Floyd was easy and fun to talk to and he truly loves art. He made the whole experience very enjoyable. Everyone one here is really nice. This place has extraordinary treasures that are affordable. Discounted far below what these vintage items would sell for online. They also offer third party delivery . In addition Floyd and Billy arranged for me to have the mirror professionally wrapped for $5. Floyd texted me before the delivery time which I'm grateful for as wrapping this gorgeous beauty is no easy task. Very thoughtful gesture on his part. Jonathan and Brian who do the heavy labor generously took care of it. Nice guys. I tipped them both more as asking five bucks is insane for the amount of work they did. I'm so grateful for the extra concierge service. Billy is also a dear. Very sweet and hardworking. Easy breezy to deal with. Thanks everyone and Thank you Floyd. I will be back! Cheers. Snow White.   If I could leave negative stars I would. I would never buy or attempt to sell anything to the consignment center. They sold me a bed set, which I attempted to return, only to be told that I could not due to some policy which, in my opinion, was deceptive. Then, less than a year later, I attempted to consign the bed set. They rejected it for damages. Yet, the set was in the same condition that I had bought it from them. Horrendous customer service. Arbitrary policies and procedures. Buyer beware.
