  One word. COSSETTE, I came in looking to update my glasses on Saturday. She took her time with me went around the whole store. I expressed what I was looking for and we went to different brands. She was so patient and well knowledge I didn’t buy anything that day. I came back today and took advantage of their buy one get the next pair for 40% off and got an extra pair for my wife. I’m in the customer service field myself and her service is top shelf. I recommend anybody reading this To ask for her. Product knowledge and as my wife said she not went the extra mile. She went an extra 2 miles. Lol thank you again for the great service. If I could give 10 stars, I would. **********

  The sunglass hut at Desert Hills premium outlets was well stocked. The staff was very friendly and nice. The store was clean and maintained. They had about seven staff in there. Maybe that’s just to keep an eye on things so nothing walks out the door, but that’s actually not the impression I got as you go in. I of course, asked for my free cleaning of my sunglasses which I did purchase at a sunglass hut, which are Maui gyms. They cleaned them one time I took a look and said OK please try again and they cleaned them and got them done. The second time I did look at their selection of Maui gyms and they have one that was close to mine. Mine has a little crack in it and they were very nice to give me the slip of paper where I can send them into Maui gym and get them repaired. If you have the glass cleaning kit from sunglass hut, you can bring it into any sunglass hut and they will fill up the little bottle of cleaner for you free of charge. I happen to have two of those kits. I was not able to purchase anything today although family members did find items that they really did like a lot. I do recommend sunglasses at the Desert Hills premium outlet outlets.

  Erika was very helpful and made myself and my lady feel very appreciated. She did not try to sell us what we didn't want. She showed us styles that we were looking for.
