  Valerie was an amazing sales person to work with. She immediately getting us with a smile. She let us know about the promotions happening which prompted us to get 4 pairs today. She made great suggestions and found a pair for everyone. She was wonderful to our kids and made them feel special by allowing them to pick out a case. 10/10 service!

  ​I drove an hour out of my way to come here, and the entire experience was incredibly frustrating and an absolute joke. Nearly 2 hours of my day were completely wasted. ​During my first visit, the female manager explained that if I bought a pair of Ray-Ban Meta glasses, I would get a second pair for 50% off. Relying on what she said, I left to think it over and returned later to go through with the purchase. That’s when the misleading pitch came to light: it turned out that opting into the protection plan only discounted the glasses by 15%, NOT the 50% off second pair she originally promised. ​When I came back to buy, I was handed off to an employee named Gilbert, who was genuinely clueless and had no idea what he was doing. I was initially expecting a total around $597.06 plus tax, but Gilbert spent ages going back and forth, trying to get his manager on the phone, and ringing up totally random numbers on the register. It was ridiculous: ​First register attempt: $785.47 ​Second register attempt: $688.51 ​Third register attempt: $642.72 ​Fourth register attempt: $668.03 ​Every single time he switched things around on the screen, a completely different total appeared. ​Between the manager's misleading pitch on my first visit and Gilbert's total incompetence on my second, this was hands down one of the most frustrating retail interactions I’ve ever had. I have photos of every failed register screen to prove it. Do not waste your time or gas coming to this location.

  Nicki was most helpful and not high-pressure!! She asked questions to understand my search. 2 new pair of shades today...this CA sun isn't fading anytime soon.
