  I needed to buy a suitcase, so before paying I asked if there were any extra discounts available through the Simon app. The employee told me there weren’t, so I just completed the purchase. I even left the new suitcase at the store while I continued shopping — I never took it outside or used it. Later, I checked the app and found a valid coupon for $25 off purchases over $200, with an expiration date in 2027. So I went back to the store and asked if they could redo the transaction with the coupon applied. First, the employee claimed the coupon was expired. When I showed them the image clearly stating it was valid until 2027, they changed their story and said it only applied to purchases over $200. But our purchase was over $300, so we fully met the requirements. Then they changed their explanation again, saying, “Since you already paid, we can’t apply the discount. You should have mentioned it before paying.” At that point, it was obvious they were not going to help no matter what I said, so I gave up and left. I could understand if the store had been extremely busy, but there were literally no customers in the store and three employees standing around. The older employee with white hair who assisted us kept changing the explanation, which made the experience very frustrating. If they had given a reasonable and consistent explanation from the beginning, I would have accepted it immediately. What bothered me was the constant shifting excuses. For anyone planning to shop here: make sure to check the Simon app coupons BEFORE paying!!!

  I bought two L size luggage bags and my boss bought 3 suitcases here. Aaron(the gentleman with glasses) and the other staff who work here are amazing! Thank you so much.

  I was looking at luggage here, I almost bought it, I was having a hard time with the price. The next weekend I went to Costco and found the same exact case with an additional case for almost half the price. This is an outlet mall, Samsonite might want to let their pricing department know that!
