- ASAlice SmithOct 3, 20265.0Thank you Joseph and Sylvia. Excellent customer service. Knowledge of product and inventory invites me for a return visit. Thanks you! Hubby loves his watch.
- AXAlbert XuMay 16, 20265.0Joseph was extremely helpful for getting a watch replaced under warranty and went above and beyond to call other Movado locations in my area (I was visiting from SF Bay Area) to make sure I could get my replacement. Thank you Joseph!!
- JAJeromy AsidoNov 29, 20241.0Awful customer service. We have a mavado watch and they said they don’t do battery changes on “Friday” we came on a Friday 11/29/24 as we were in town and thought we would get a Battery change for a movado watch. Never going to buy a movado watch as they don’t take care of the current customers. There was no one on the store and they were lazy. I heard other people were upset that they don’t do battery changes for movado watches. What a disappointing store. Don’t buy here if you can’t even change batteries here.
- MGMarcellina GJun 21, 20225.0Went and paid a visit the other day there and a girl there with glasses greeted me. and i must say she was very knowledgeable and knew her product. and she was very friendly and helpful. I rate her customer service a A+. Use to work at this location and one of the managers is still employed there and the new group of people they have for staff is a pretty good group every time I stop by every one has been nice and pleasant to me. Nothing bad to say about this store they will take care of you!
