I had an incredible experience at this Longchamp location, all thanks to Sandy! She was super friendly and helped us pick out the perfect bag in the store. We also needed to place a remote order for a second bag, and she made the entire process completely seamless. She was incredibly prompt with her communication, and our package was shipped out perfectly on time. To top it all off, she even went out of her way to include a handwritten thank-you card in our shipment, which was such a thoughtful touch. We really appreciated her help and will definitely be back.

Reviews can lie, but a second purchase in one day doesn’t! The Desert Hills store was the first Longchamp outlet I’ve visited, and it was a wonderful experience. We were warmly greeted the moment we walked in. Robert helped us so much, sharing a lot of his knowledge and expertise. The team even complimented the camera bag I bought in Europe last month—after carrying it around for a while, having someone recognize and appreciate it really made me feel seen! I initially purchased a silk scarf and left to check out other stores. But after finishing our shopping, the great vibe from Robert and the team drew me right back. I ended up finding two Le Pliage Xtra Medium Shoulder bags at a great price and a lovely discounted bag charm! Robert carefully wrapped everything for us, and I am so happy I made the trip back. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to buy their first Longchamp or add another piece to their collection!

Stopped by a few weeks ago….awesome customer service. I had an issue of the bag being too small and they assisted with a replacement. My new bag is perfect!

I visited Longchamp at the Desert Hills Premium Outlets today and I am not going to lie I was very nervous to walk in due to the recent negative comments. However, I took a chance as I drove a ways as I really wanted to get a Le Pliage bag. To my surprise I was greeted and welcome as I entered the store. I was helped by Larry who was so kind, professional, and attentive to my request. He showed me the selection of bags they had. He is the best! Larry took his time with me to show me the different size of bags and even helped me pick the color bag, that I absolutely love! I ended up buying the medium brick and was provided a new and wrapped bag from the back. I’m so happy with my purchase and cannot thank Larry enough for his time and help with my purchase! I guess it goes to say you cannot really read into the reviews and make the judgment for yourself! Plus a great tip: Go shopping on a Monday afternoon, I was in the store along with another customer. It was quiet and not many people out at the mall. It felt like a private and peaceful shopping experience. Thank you so much again! 🙏🏽😊

Terrible customer service. Only customer there and the store reps didn’t even approach me. I was about to buy something but decided to purchase from another store that has better customer service.
