I visited Longchamp at the Desert Hills Premium Outlets today and I am not going to lie I was very nervous to walk in due to the recent negative comments. However, I took a chance as I drove a ways as I really wanted to get a Le Pliage bag. To my surprise I was greeted and welcome as I entered the store. I was helped by Larry who was so kind, professional, and attentive to my request. He showed me the selection of bags they had. He is the best! Larry took his time with me to show me the different size of bags and even helped me pick the color bag, that I absolutely love! I ended up buying the medium brick and was provided a new and wrapped bag from the back. I’m so happy with my purchase and cannot thank Larry enough for his time and help with my purchase! I guess it goes to say you cannot really read into the reviews and make the judgment for yourself! Plus a great tip: Go shopping on a Monday afternoon, I was in the store along with another customer. It was quiet and not many people out at the mall. It felt like a private and peaceful shopping experience. Thank you so much again! 🙏🏽😊
Terrible customer service. Only customer there and the store reps didn’t even approach me. I was about to buy something but decided to purchase from another store that has better customer service.

My wife and I walked in with a purchase in mind, but this attendant was very rude, I didn’t get his name, his kind of tall, use glasses and his bald.
He started seeming nice explaining one of the bags, then started saying that we did not know what we’re doing, and rather than encouraging a sale, he made us feel very uncomfortable.

Terrible experience. I walked into this store ready to spend my money and was completely ignored. No greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. Meanwhile, a white customer who came in after me was welcomed and assisted right away. It’s hard not to feel like this treatment was based on my race.
The most frustrating part? I had money to spend. Customer service should be equal for everyone, regardless of how they look. To the old white guy working there — do better, man. We are in 2026. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. No one should feel invisible when they walk into your business.
Customer service by a man named Larry was terrible. Made us feel like we were being completely unreasonable for asking if they had a new bag in the back that wasn’t displayed. He had initially said no, but once I was interested in buying he went to look and had multiple in the back. Made us feel dumb for asking what kind of leather was used for the purse. Not one sales associate came up to us asking if we needed any help, we were the ones who had to approach them. After every question, he would give more and more attitude and his tone became more and more irritated. Whist we were buying, he would as all the other customers if they wanted a water but us. It made us feel like we were chopped liver. When asking if they would be able to ship anything if they don’t have a new one, he had said that they don’t do that. That we were at an outlet and not a boutique so we don’t get that kind of service here. Which was appalling, because not matter what, people are still trying to have a nice experience at the end of the day.
