  Went shopping at the outlets with my mom and sister today and stopped in to see what they had in store. Cory was incredibly helpful and made the whole experience enjoyable. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to help my sister find the perfect piece. We’ll definitely be reaching out to work with Cory again on future purchases!

  Carlos went ABOVE & beyond for me. I wandered into DY to peek around and told Carlos my style, he immediately showed me this gorgeous piece exactly my style. Unfortunately the size was too small and he couldn’t find the correct one in store (despite the system saying it was there). I said to call me if he finds it - TLDR; Carlos didn’t mess around and sourced one, honored the in store price, & took incredible care of me after leaving. THANK YOU! I will forever be stopping by when I’m at the outlets.
