Went shopping at the outlets with my mom and sister today and stopped in to see what they had in store. Cory was incredibly helpful and made the whole experience enjoyable. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to help my sister find the perfect piece. We’ll definitely be reaching out to work with Cory again on future purchases!

I had such an amazing experience with Gigi and the rest of the team at David Yurman. Their item quality and customer service exceeds all expectations. Gigi has been very communicative and helped me get a very invaluable piece for my collection. I will be back soon!

I was in town visiting family and wanted to visit the newly opened Yurman Outlet Store. As this was my first time visiting Desert Hills, I was unaware where the store was located so I called and had the pleasure of meeting Robert, who went over and above and exceeded all of my expectations of a Client Advisor. Robert literally stayed on the phone with me and directed me to their exact location (meeting me outside the store so he could make sure to see me), he answered all of my questions, and was extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient with me. This was hands down the BEST experience I’ve EVER had in a Yurman Store. This brand and this store is blessed to have him!!
