  My experience was far from good. An African America lady was assigned to help me and my mom but she was very dismissive. I believe she assumed I wasn’t there to purchase. I asked if i can try on some heels she said they didn’t have the size but then i asked about a different color and she said they had a size but it was a size smaller that i asked so i still asked to see them and she looked annoyed and went to get them. When she took them out and I put them on they did fit but obviously a size up would look/fit better but they she started saying how they looked perfect when obviously not. She took back the heels and didn’t even dismissed herself when she turned her back on us and walked away and started talking to one of the other workers. Me and my mom were very disappointed at how you can tell she didn’t care about helping us out. I work in sales aswell and that definitely not how to treat customers.

  Very poor customer service. No one said hi. No one said welcome in. No one asked if I needed help. Even after I looked at like 10 pairs no one asked if I needed a size. One associate was helping someone right next to me. When she got done with her she looked at me and my husband and just walked off. Not even a smile. Don’t think I will be back in the future.

  Absolutely love this place! I had the best associate, Vanessa, helping me, who also made me feel welcomed the minute I walked in! She was super sweet, helpful and honest which was a huge plus! Thank you Vanessa so much for your help!

  Very disappointed with my experience with loubi_boy. I simply asked if a shoe was available in a size 6.5 and instead of clear communication, I was repeatedly left on seen and spoken to in a dismissive and defensive way. As a potential customer trying to support the business, I expected professionalism and basic respect. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming. I’ve also spoken to friends and family who said they experienced similar behavior and poor communication. I would not recommend based on my experience Hopefully there’s better sales associates there

  I ordered a pair of shoes from your company and, after waiting over a week, my expected delivery date passed with absolutely no updates. I tried contacting both the salesperson and the store multiple times, but my calls completely stopped being answered. I essentially got ghosted. Meanwhile, I had a flight scheduled and ended up having to push back my trip because I was still waiting on my order. For a company charging over $700 for a pair of shoes, this experience feels more like dealing with a poorly run boutique than a high-end retailer. I also overheard one of your sales representatives in California make a comment over the phone saying she was not interested in selling sale items. That alone says a lot about the company culture and level of customer service being provided. To make matters worse, someone from the store gave me one of your sales reps’ Instagram information. I followed her page and sent a DM because I was interested in purchasing additional items. She read my message and completely ignored me. I am still waiting on shoes your company claims are “non-refundable,” yet you could not even deliver them in time for my trip. Charging premium prices while treating customers this way is unacceptable. I strongly encourage others to be careful when ordering from your company because the customer service experience has been terrible and nowhere near worth the hype.
