- EEElizabethSep 17, 20261.0Walked in. 2 associates were at the front desk on their phones. No hello, didn’t even look up. I immediately picked up a couple sweaters and a t-shirt to try on. Again no acknowledgement at all. The Second Lady moved to the denim section where she leaned over the table and proceeded to scroll on Instagram (I could see her phone screen). By this point, 10 minutes into being there, my hands were full of merchandise. No effort was made to ask if I needed a room or help. Dropped the stuff and walked out. Wild choices for customer service. Or lack thereof.

Her day was further enhanced when she discovered that the store had the exact size and color she desired. The store already offered a great deal, and it matched the price offered online. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and reliable, always available and ready to assist with any inquiries or concerns. I highly recommend this establishment and intend to return in the future.
