  I couldn't be happier with my experience at Kern's. I recently had the pleasure of working with Josette to add two Rolex Datejust models to my collection, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. I expected to wait a while for pieces like these, so I was genuinely floored when Josette had both of them in my hands in under a month. She was kind and highly attentive throughout the entire process, and there's a real warmth to how she handles everything. If you're in the market for a luxury timepiece, I would highly recommend asking for Josette. Thanks as well to the rest of the Kern's team for such a welcoming experience overall.

  The customer service experience that I received from Anne O'Brien was excellent. Everything went really smooth and she made me feel extremely valued and welcomed. With that kind of experience Kerns Fine Jewelry can count me in for a lot of purchases to come. Been a customer here since 2022, have a few Rolexes and Tudors in my collection. The customer service experience from Anne and Chris are always excellent. Chris is a great guy. They always make you feel special. I wish they have more jewelry for men. Thank you!

  I had the most wonderful experience with Marie buying a Rolex. My husband and I were looking for one to celebrate our 25th anniversary. We visited Kern’s over the weekend and Marie was super patient with allowing us to try on and take photos of different models and sizes. The model we decided upon was not available, however Marie called us very soon thereafter (on our actual anniversary!) to let us know it was available. Everyone there was incredibly professional and it was especially meaningful to us as we purchased our engagement ring from Kern’s 27 years ago! I also have to add that I don’t know where the negative reviews are coming from. Our experience was impeccable. We certainly were not dressed to impress but were treated like VIPs nevertheless. Thank you to Marie and the whole team at Kern’s for a very special experience.

  I wanted to share my personal experience for anyone considering working with Ming Xu at Patek. In my experience, there was a strong emphasis on what he referred to as "the journey"—essentially encouraging additional purchases to build a client profile. This often included items I wasn't interested in, such as jewelry and other watches. I was also repeatedly advised to bring my families in to purchase additional products as part of building a stronger purchase history.The overall shopping experience became uncomfortable. However, if you decide to visit the boutique, I would suggest working with another sales associate if you prefer a more relaxed, customer-focused experience.

  Came off extremely disrespectful and uncomfortable. Certain air to them as if you're not good enough. Too many competitors out there to choose them over a business a bit more respectful.
