The employees at this location were rude and unprofessional. We felt judged and uncomfortable the entire time we were shopping. I asked one employee about a specific pair of shorts because I wanted to buy them as a birthday gift for my sister. She immediately said they weren’t in the store, pointed me in a direction, and didn’t even try to help us look. When she finally came over, she showed me the wrong product and didn’t even really look at the item I was showing her on my phone. The whole experience felt very unwelcoming. Alo really needs to train their employees on customer service and professionalism. For a brand like this, I expected much better service. Hire better people, Alo.

Customer service here sucks! No wonder this store is always empty. I'm not saying all the employees are rude and judgemental but some of them will stare at you and make you feel uncomfortable. Not sure if that's how they train their employees. Seriously...they need to do something about it. I'll take my business somewhere else. Quality is not even that great.

Love my experience at the Alo Yoga store! The staff was super helpful helping me find the right size, and the store is beautiful and calm. My new leggings are so comfortable!
