  I visited this clothing store recently and was pleasantly surprised by the huge selection of clothes for both women and men. There are so many beautiful models, colors, and quality fabrics to choose from. I especially like the dresses here — the styles are very trendy and elegant. What I didn’t like was the long line at the checkout, although there were already four cashiers working, which helped move things faster. There was also a big line for the fitting rooms. However, the staff handled the situation professionally: they called another employee to help organize people for the fitting rooms while the first employee was busy giving out online orders. I also think the store could really benefit from having self-checkout or express checkout lanes. Some customers have carts full of items, while others are waiting in the same line with only one or two things to buy, which makes the wait feel longer. Overall, I left satisfied with my shopping experience. The prices are above average, so I don’t come here very often because of that. But I always check the sale sections, and that’s where I usually find beautiful dresses for myself. The store also has a great selection of men’s clothing. Overall, a stylish store with a wide variety of options and helpful staff.

  The last few times I’ve visited this store, the undercover loss prevention staff have not been discreet at all. You can clearly feel them watching you, which makes the experience very uncomfortable. On my most recent visit, I went in to make a return and ended up finding a jacket I liked, so I decided to do an exchange. While browsing a bit more, I noticed a man following me around the store and speaking into a walkie. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable and honestly offended. Because of this, I decided to leave the jacket and just complete my return. No customer should feel like they’re being treated as a thief while simply shopping. I would highly recommend going to a different location unless you want to feel watched and uncomfortable during your visit.

  This store has a great selection and plenty of easy parking. It’s located in a convenient shopping center with many nearby options for food, beauty products, furniture, and household supplies. I found several great deals during my visit and plan to return. However, during my visit, I witnessed a dog defecate in multiple areas of the shoe section. I politely spoke to the shopper to remind her that, under California health codes, only trained service animals are permitted inside retail establishments, not emotional support or comfort animals. She explained that her dog “has anxiety,” which made it clear the animal did not qualify as a legitimate service animal. I also informed store staff of what happened and expressed concern over sanitation and store policy enforcement. Retailers must maintain clean and safe shopping environments, and enforcing the state’s service-animal guidelines is part of that responsibility. Aside from this issue, I had a very positive experience and hope management clarifies its animal policy to prevent similar health and hygiene problems in the future.
