  As a parent, you know it’s difficult to go back to school shopping. Since my girls attend a private school, uniforms are a must. Uniform shopping isn’t always the easiest task! We had gone to the fitting event at our school campus a few weeks ago and Oscar was such an amazing help! He helped us find the best fits for both my daughters. He had no issues explaining and answering ALL of the questions I had! When I saw that the physical store had opened, I decided to go in and purchase instead of ordering online. Today’s experience was just as great! Everyone at the store was friendly, attentive, and helpful. Mirza was able to assist us with uniforms and our fittings. She was very knowledgeable and informed us of any items that were unavailable at the moment. The cashier was extremely helpful and friendly. She answered all my questions and went over my purchase to make sure I did not forget any items for my daughters’ new school year! Thank you to all the employees who made our start to this new school year a great one!

  AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN!!! Absolutely horrible service, and I had the strangest experience here today. I walked in with my child just to purchase ONE thing. Before I could even get a word out, an employee told me to “have a seat and someone will help you.” Excuse me…what? There were only two other families in the store. It was not crowded whatsoever, so I genuinely don’t understand why I needed to sit down just to purchase one item. Then another family walked in, and they were also told to have a seat. The woman sat down for a few seconds, then got up and started shopping. The employees saw her and didn’t say a word. Needless to say, they will NOT be getting my money. I’ll be sharing this experience with my friends, family, colleagues, and online communities because customers should know what to expect before coming here. There are plenty of other uniform stores that don’t have this ridiculous policy. And if this is actually their policy, it’s not posted or explained anywhere that I could see—not on the storefront or their website. DO NOT COME HERE. Save yourself the frustration and shop somewhere else.

  The store is neat and clean with nice quality uniform. The best part of our experience is the staff are very helpful, very friendly and accommodating. Specially Karen and Oscar both of them help us. They are amazing person. Thank you for a great experience.🙏

  Great experience at the new FlynnO’Hara Uniform Store in Burbank! The customer service was top tier. Linda, our sales associate, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and wonderful with my grandkids. She made sure they were sized just right and made the whole process easy and pleasant. So happy to have this store in Burbank—we’ll definitely be back!

  I had such a great experience at the grand opening of Flynn O’Hara in Burbank! The store was clean, organized, and easy to shop around, and the staff was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I really appreciated having changing rooms available to make sure everything fit properly. The uniforms are also such great quality - the material is soft, comfortable, and feels like it will hold up really well throughout the school year. I’m especially excited that Flynn O’Hara is now located in Burbank because it’s so convenient for us. Thank you to the entire team for making our back-to-school uniform shopping experience so easy and enjoyable. Congratulations on the grand opening!
