I ordered the large Birthday Wish-tini with confetti Berries with Cupcake online, but received old fruit and a dirty presentation that looked nothing like the website.The plastic martini glass it sat in was an awful dark brown, it was suppose to be red. The cupcake looked very old not fresh at all. There was green kale shoved in it that looked old. The cupcake was suppose to have a birthday candle in it and it was half of a piece of a candle. The cellophane was dirty. When I politely raised these concerns, the owner responded by screaming and yelling at me. This unprofessional behavior is a complete betrayal of the reputable Edible Arrangements Company.

Apparently, they don't do curbside pickups so had to wait in line. One person attending front desk. Made me late and wife upset.

And I can tell from past reviews that it's going to be an issue to even call and say something save me from the stress. Anyways no more NEXT year See's Candy AND some real flowers.and maybe a candle.
