- TGThomas GaideSep 24, 20265.0Fast to pick up order
- ASA SSep 2, 20261.0Never buy a firearm from this place. The salesman is clueless and they screwed up the paperwork resulting in a second 10-day waiting period to pick up my firearm. Go to a place that will process your paperwork competently and professionally.
- TTTessaAug 28, 20265.0This is my husbands favorite place to go for anything from fishing to hunting! Plus you can find things for your fur babies!
- PSPhyleen SlackAug 27, 20261.0I’m only giving one star because of my experience with one employee. I didn’t catch her name, but she was the young woman working at the front register, probably around 20 years old. She was extremely rude and condescending and spoke to me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. She essentially implied that I was lying about what I told her, while having no idea how many years of experience I actually have with the subject matter. The entire interaction felt unnecessarily disrespectful and very unprofessional. Employees should make customers feel welcome and want to return, not talk down to them or make them feel uncomfortable. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won’t be coming back.
- CDConrad DeavellarAug 26, 20261.0The Sportsman’s Warehouse in Brentwood provided a very frustrating customer service experience. I placed an online ammunition order and arrived around 7:30 PM to complete the purchase and pick it up. Instead of assisting me or clearly explaining the issue, an employee refused to help and told me my only option was a refund, forcing me to cancel the order. The refund confirmation incorrectly stated “Customer changed mind,” even though I did not change my mind. I intended to complete the purchase but was refused assistance. If there was a legal or store-policy reason the transaction could not be completed, it should have been explained clearly and professionally. Very disappointing experience and poor communication.
