  This store is clearing out for moving and looks rather jenk. They keep their cribs and strollers behind the counter to 'protect themselves' from customers that want to see the expensive, non refundable baby safety devices first-hand. The lady at the counter was very nice and polite. Edit: I'm sure that your class is lovely. This Sunday we drove around the bay and walked into two different locally owned baby stores, determined to buy one of 3 carseats after seeing it in person. We were turned away from both kids n cribs and destination baby and kids, so we ended up finding the Clek Liing at Nordstrom and buying it there. Your policy discouraged us from shopping at your store, and the availability of classes listed on your website gave me no preparation for the fact that after an hour drive I would be turned away without even looking at it on the shelf. This policy is hostile towards customers.

  Buy from here if you don’t want your product and never want to hear from anyone again. Ordered a crib online to ship to NJ - we looked at a few different stores for this particular crib, Kids N Cribs showed up on Google shopping as being able to deliver within the week. Places order Feb 17th. Got an email Feb 22 that the crib has just been ordered and should ship within 4 weeks. I was expecting it to arrive within the week, not ship within 4 weeks. Apparently they don’t have the inventory themselves and just drop ship from the manufacturer. I send emails to them daily, no reply. Finally, with our baby expected by end of the month, I found another store that happened to have one of the same cribs - albeit slightly more expensive at $3,000. I ordered from the other store, got it shipped, and set up, all before I even got a reply from Kids N Cribs. In fact, I never did receive a reply to any of the numerous emails I sent. I tried calling them numerous times but being on the east coast while their store is on the west coast and not open 2 days during the week with one of the oddest store hours I have ever seen, I could not get anyone on the phone. March 2nd (2 weeks after ordering) I was finally able to get someone on the phone. Immediately as I said my issue, she said my name and said she was just about to call me (sure…). She said they could issue a refund and I should see it in a day or so. Nothing has been updated on “Shop” the platform they use to sell on (probably due to too many chargebacks from situations like this) and I still have yet to see a refund. Obviously when you try calling them during the week during what should be normal hours, no one is there to answer the call. Do not waste your time with this BS company that doesn’t even have the courtesy to reply to emails or calls, let alone deliver your actual product — especially if you need the baby furniture in a timely manner for arrival of your baby.

  I don't think these people want any business. Drove 2 hours to look at strollers and were turned away because we were "supposed to have an appointment " which she said was listed at the top of their website. Well..it's not actually written anywhere. With no hesitation she also made us leave because we had our 4 pound dog with us that we were holding. Bad vibe all around, will not be doing or recommend any business with them.

  They sell things that they don't have in stock. No order updates in days after purchase until you have to approach them. It caused me a lot of troubles and missing good deals from other providers. They may charge you more than the original price by telling you the specific item you bought is not available. (But it showed 'In stock, order now!' on there website LOL) To be fair, the online chat customer service was above average. It may only take 1-2 hrs to half day for them to reply your message. And they have no control over the inventory or website I guess. Very disappointing experience. I'm sure it was my very first time and very last time to buy anything from this website. I would recommend anyone to avoid this seller.

  Highly recommend coming here to purchase a car seat! They helped us through the whole process and installed all 3 car seats we were looking at to see which one fit best in our car. To our surprise, the car seat we initially thought would be too big for our car, ended up being the best fit. The owner even had both my husband and I install to make sure we could go home and do It on our own correctly. The price was not that different from purchasing online and the time, convenience, and quality of service was more than worth it.
