  I had an amazing experience at this store thanks to one of your sales associates. I came in with my Meta glasses after a bike accident — the lens was broken and there was blood on the frame. Because my hand was injured, I asked if she could help replace the lens for me. She didn’t hesitate at all. She grabbed sanitizer wipes, carefully cleaned off all the blood, and replaced the lens for me with so much kindness and zero judgment. Her professionalism and compassion truly surprised me. She turned a stressful moment into a positive one and absolutely made my day. She was a young Asian woman, and although I don’t remember her name, I want to make sure she gets recognized. This was the best service I’ve ever received at this store.

  Hands down one of the best Oakley stores I've been to. The staff here are super helpful and genuinely know their stuff without being pushy. The store itself is clean, well organized, and easy to browse. You can tell they take pride in keeping things looking good. Always a solid experience every time I come in. Highly recommend the Brea location.

  Sergio is the man!! Not only did he help my nephew customize his own pair of Oakleys on the app in store but he even checked and built them in store since he had all of the items. He was very knowledgeable on products and was personable. Will be coming back because of his hospitality!

  Yo shout out to Jeremy, he was more like a homie then a sales rep. 100% helpful and have good customer service. Told him what I was looking for and he help with no hesitation. Also love the promotion they had, I will definitely return to this store and I highly recommend this place to anyone that is an oakley lover. Thanks again bro.!
