  I’m so tired of waiting in the long line, no matter when in the day I come into the store. It’s always 20 or more people waiting in line. Customers are clearly frustrated but the manager doesn’t seem to care enough to improve this issue because it hasn’t been changed in months and years, despite the reviews about the long line.

  They have good selection and store is well-kept, BUT their register line always has 15-20 customer waiting in line, frustrated at the long line. They gotta do something about this and get more employees at the register station!

  Brea Nordstrom Rack is a very nice store. They have a pretty good selection as well. I truly appreciated having Joshue help me today at checkout. I had a few items to purchase & a few online items to return. Joshue took the time to help me & was so nice. Grateful for such helpful people like him. Thank you Joshue

  Recently visited to get shoes for a trip, specifically dressy sandals/ heels for church. I came across a few choices and picked one pair. Got to the register and saw they sold blueberry Nerds gummies. I bought that as well to take on my trip as I saw on TikTok that this was a popular candy from America that kids in other countries like. Got to the register and the cashier said these were the best candies. I asked why and he said one day his co-workers recommended it and he tried it and it was so good. He even wanted to get a bag after I purchased mine. I tried it and I agree, the blueberry Nerd gummies are better than the red ones and I don't even like gummies or candy like that. The shoes I purchased were nice and a tan color and cost around $45. I did go to Ross down the way and found a better pair of shoes for much cheaper, so I'd probably go to the Ross first before coming here for shoes. Not saying Ross has a bigger or better selection, it just so happened I found the perfect pair when I walked in. Overall, they have quality items, just a little more pricier which is what I expected, but if you're in a timely crunch it's worth it to go to the Rack.
