  Kevin in Men's Department deserves a raise !!! He was on point with his suggestions and finds, he had the seamstress come down and alter my husband's suit & made our experience truly valued and we will be back for him & his assistance!!!!

  I went to Nordstrom today looking for a fragrance and had a generally good experience with the fragrance department. Several of the associates were helpful and friendly. However, I was particularly interested in a BYREDO fragrance, and unfortunately, I had a difficult time getting assistance at that specific counter. The associate seemed very busy and I didn’t feel like I was getting much help, so I eventually decided to leave without buying anything. On my way out toward the parking lot, I noticed a small men’s fragrance section near the exit and happened to see the fragrance I was interested in. That’s when I met Rebecca. Rebecca was wonderful. Even though I told her I was probably not going to buy anything, she was still incredibly friendly and encouraged me to try the fragrance. She offered to check the price for me and patiently answered my questions without ever making me feel pressured to purchase. Her attitude completely changed my experience. I had been ready to leave the store empty-handed, but because of Rebecca’s genuine kindness and excellent customer service, I ended up purchasing the fragrance(Mojave Ghost) and left Nordstrom feeling really good about my visit. Thank you, Rebecca. You turned what could have been a disappointing shopping experience into a great one. Nordstrom is lucky to have you!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nordstrom Brea — exceptional customer service! What started as a concern turned into one of my best Nordstrom experiences. I picked up my daughter’s dress for her first homecoming, and it was handed to me in a simple plastic bag. I was disappointed because Nordstrom has always represented elevated service and presentation to me. I asked to speak with a manager—not to complain, but to understand. Tara was phenomenal. She patiently explained the process, completely understood where I was coming from, and offered to have the dress pressed and placed in a garment bag. What Tara probably doesn’t realize is how much that gesture mattered. My daughter had NO idea I was picking up her dress. When she came home and saw it beautifully pressed in a Nordstrom garment bag, her face lit up. She felt special, grown-up and “expensive.” That presentation elevated the dress and her excitement for her first homecoming. I realized it was never really about a bag—it was about the moment attached to it. Tara understood that without ever meeting my daughter. THAT is hospitality and what makes Nordstrom feel like Nordstrom. I also have to recognize Kimberly, who helped us while we waited. She was polished, patient and incredibly personable. She genuinely engaged with my mom and me about colors, styling and accessorizing. It never felt like a sales pitch—just wonderful human connection. Our “quick trip” then led us to the Dolce & Gabbana beauty counter, where Marlene was incredible! She tracked down a fragrance I mentioned, provided samples and gave me a mini glam session. Her infectious energy resulted in me leaving with makeup AND perfume! The other D&G artist worked with my mom, got her outside her comfort zone and found one of the BEST lip colors I’ve ever seen on her. Lindsay, please treat your D&G ladies to a coffee—they earned it! I also met Girlie, another wonderful manager, and our café experience was fantastic. And yes, the famous Nordstrom tomato soup with those non-negotiable crostinis was delicious! What impressed me most wasn’t that everything started perfectly—it didn’t. It was how this team handled it. They listened, cared, and turned what could have been a disappointing pickup into such a wonderful experience—and ultimately made my daughter’s first homecoming feel even more special. Tara, Kimberly, Marlene, Girlie, the D&G team and café staff deserve recognition. Tara, whatever you’re doing with your team, keep doing it. Nordstrom Brea has officially become my favorite Nordstrom. 10/10. ❤️

  There's a worker there named James. He helped me out a lot. He had a lot of patience. He helped me find my perfect size. He works at Nordstrom's men's department and he just helped me out for like two hours straight. So much patience. 10 out of 10, haven't met someone with so much patience in a long time.
