  Do NOT get your clothes altered here. And if you do, make sure to avoid Ilda as her customer service and workmanship is poor. But what’s worse is her lack of common sense. I picked up my pants (3 pairs) this week and found out that Ilda missed one. When let her know, she asked me to try them on and the fitting room we used is located on the 3rd floor in a high traffic area. She left the door open and customers were able to see me. Her behavior was unapologetic, argumentative, abrasive, and disrespectful. Perhaps it’s her culture or age, I am not sure but i was humiliated and will never return for alterations there. On top of all this, her manager MIA didn’t want to refund me after i explained to her my experience. The store manager gave me a refund. No additional gift card or anything for my distress. I almost never want to return to Nordstrom Brea. The quality of employees is poor.

  Tammy was absolutely incredible from start to finish! She took the time to professionally measure and fit me for bras, explained everything she was doing, and made the entire experience so comfortable and stress-free. She listened to what I was looking for and hand-selected so many amazing options that I never would have picked for myself. Every recommendation she brought fit beautifully, was flattering and helped me finally understand what the right fit should feel like. I walked away with bras that are not only comfortable but make me feel so much more confident. Tammy was also kind, patient and knowledgeable Tammy was. She never made me feel rushed or pressured, and she genuinely seemed invested in helping me find the perfect fit rather than just making a sale. If you’re even thinking about getting fitted, ask for Tammy!! you won’t regret it. She completely changed my bra shopping experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back to see her! I didn’t even have to shop around I purchased from her selection

  My mom and I had such an amazing experience with Kevin in the men’s department! We went earlier today (July 26, 2026 around 3pm ish) and were looking for an outfit for my dad for my wedding day. Kevin was able to come up with an absolute killer outfit ! The way his brain works: the creativity, great fashion sense and attention to texture/patterns is beyond what we ever thought we’d have the pleasure of getting (not that Nordstrom doesn’t have great employees already but still!) Kevin was so kind, patient and mindful. There was a language barrier with my mom and we also had to call my dad a bunch of times to get his sizing information. Kevin was so good with us and able to think on his feet! He actually cared, and that’s hard to come by these days. When we got home, we had my dad try on the outfit and WOW! He looked great! As someone who hates dressing up and wearing any sort of suit/sports coat outfit, my dad actually loved it! He made my 75 year old dad look so fashion forward for my wedding and I couldn’t be happier!! He brought back a confidence that I think my dad has buried for quite some time. Thank you Kevin!! Nordstrom, give this man a raise!

  I experienced the best customer service at Nordstroms Brea mall in the lingerie department. I had a personal appointment for masectomy with GIRLIE and she is the BEST! Never made me feel uncomfortable, infact she made it such an easy process and LOVED her approach during my first time experience. Girlies personality has the right attitude to assist customers on their journey with this type of situation. GIRLIE ROCKS!
