- ATAileen TJun 21, 20261.0Very rude salesman. There was a stain on the top I wanted to buy, and when I pointed it out, he insisted that there was no stain when he handed it to me to try on. He even seemed to imply that I had somehow caused the stain myself. I found his attitude unprofessional and disappointing.
- CPcarolina pDec 23, 20195.0I have to start off by saying Orlando gave the best customer service ever. He went above and beyond and gave all his attention and knowledge all to us. We will most definitely be returning! Super friendly and super excited with my purchase!
- AXAlan XieMay 17, 20191.0Extremely bad customer service that they are rejecting my returns for change mind for bulk quantities. What does this mean? Only 3! When I bought those 3 bags, why didn’t they tell me that’s too many to buy them! Ridiculous! Never buy from MK store again!
