  ⭐ **1-Star Review – Absolutely Terrible Card Application Experience** Absolutely terrible experience with the JCPenney membership/card application process. I stood in line for **almost 30 minutes**, then spent another **20 minutes going through the application process**, only to be told at the end that my application was declined. That is nearly **an hour of my time wasted** for a process that should have been handled much more efficiently. If an application is going to be declined, customers should not be put through such a long and frustrating process without better communication. I want to be very clear: **the store employees were helpful, respectful, and I was satisfied with their service.** My problem is with JCPenney’s card/membership process and the way it wastes customers’ time. This was extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable. JCPenney needs to seriously fix this process and start respecting customers’ time. I would think twice before going through this card application process again.

  Horrible experience - when you are greeted by a ‘Mens suits specialist’ named Nomma at your Brea Location. She yells out if you need help from across the department and tells you stop touching items in that area because “the shirts for you are on the table over there you won’t find them there”. How do you know who we are shopping for or what we are looking for? It’s sad to see you cannot shop in store anymore for this very reason. I would rather use an online store who will not make any assumptions or ‘weight profile’ a man who is simply browsing your product. Please address this matter with your employees as you are losing customers. Thanks

  I’m surprised this place is still open with all the bad service . Is the worse experience I have received I would not recommend this place to anyone. Called them for 2 weeks finally someone called me back after 2 1/2 weeks booked me a Portrait appointment. When I got to the studio waited 1 hr. So they could tell me “I’m sorry we can’t se you were can’t find you’re appt” I left work early had my son leave school early , drove 40 min for nothing.

  Who doesn't love this place? We looked other places for an outfit for my granddaughters wedding,I saw the JCPenney sign and I found exactly what I wanted in short order.AND, it was on sale.
