  I walked in here and as soon as I walk in 2 girls come up to me kicking me out? all I did is walk in don't come here!!! they are very rude

  I had a wonderful experience at Intimissimi! The store was beautifully organized, and the quality of the products is always excellent. What truly made the visit stand out, though, was the exceptional service from Nancy. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable while finding exactly what I needed. Her friendly attitude and genuine care turned a simple shopping trip into a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back highly recommend this store.

  I love this store, I love the customer service. And she is very kind girl.Helped me find what I needed. I forgot to ask her name but she has light brown hair , and she has white skin, and she really kind she is helpful, and I would go back because she made me learn about the brand.

  I have been to intimissimi several times and every time I have the same horrible experience from Meghan . She never greets me as I walk in, it’s always a dirty look from her, she completely avoids me while I’m in the store and then goes into the little side room they have and shuts the door loudly. Never once has she asked if i needed assistance in any way , she leaves it to everyone else in the store. I have also overheard her speaking about how she hates me to another employee while I was in the store . Meghan is the worst employee i’ve encountered in a retail store and should be taught what is the proper way to be interacting with customers, and how to make customers want to come back not steer as far away from the store as possible . I avoid going into Brea Intimissimi if your employee Nancy is not present, Meghan just ruins the whole experience .
