I'm not under some weird impression that I'm a male Adonis LOL but you have never seen worse unflattering lighting in your life. Why would you put such terrible Lighting in a BIG MANS fitting room?! Been going to DXL for years and I've always felt the lighting is just terrible in their fitting rooms. Also the last couple of Internet store pickups i've had at brea, the associates have seemed less than thrilled to help or interact with me. I guess if you ship something in or do a store pick up apparently they're not getting Commission cuz help is almost non-existent. I needed a different size on one the shirts I store pickup ordered. Employee pointed to where they were when I asked for a specific sz, walked w my cain to back store couldnt find it came back to counter to return it, the other employee realizes employee one didnt help me and tried to go get me the right sz but I was already done giving my business to older shaggy haired guy w glasses. Same guy who acted put out when I wanted to try on the order pick up, and he's acted same way before to me. Keep standing behind the counter bud.

I drive from Koreatown to Brea when I need to shop because I always feel welcomed, am greeted by name, and just have an unmatched shopping experience! The store is always pristine and stocked well. I shop at DXL all over the country, the Brea store remains my FAVORITE spot.
