  Went in to buy some boots for my wife, unfortunately they didn’t fit. Returned a couple of days later to make a return which Jason was very helpful with. Jason was the same employee who helped me the first time and he remembered me. Really great customer service and we will definitely be returning to this specific location.

  My husband and I were shopping around for work boots at the dr martens here at the brea mall where Jacob Upton the amazing sales associate helped us find the perfect boots while ensuring such a pleasant experience that we even bought our toddler a pair too! He really went above and beyond in showing us the best options and it was clear he knew what he was talking about when it came to the differences between all the boots we were looking at. Would definitely recommend asking for Jacob if you go into this dr martens store.
