  Extremely disappointed with American Eagle’s at Brea and return policy. I tried returning an UNWORN item with the Tag and receipt, and because the tag was detached, they completely refused to help — not even store credit or a one-time exception. I spoke with a supervisor and explained the situation respectfully, but there was zero willingness to work with a loyal customer. A good company cares about customer experience and common sense, especially for an unworn item in perfect condition. Instead, I was treated like policy mattered more than basic customer service. Be careful shopping here if there’s any chance you may need a return. Their policies are far less customer-friendly than many other clothing retailers.

  I was assisted by sweet salesclerk, Jewel, a couple of weeks ago. She was so helpful and patient that I needed to comment on her joyful demeanor. She also made the effort to find a particular item without any fuss. Give this gal a raise. She deserves your appreciation for her sparking personality and excellent sales qualities

  Kinda gross when the employees are talking about their customers rights in front of them. Complaining about all the returns they’re dealing with while I’m standing there with a return. I kept items from this purchase, but don’t feel like keeping any of it.

  It was a very welcoming environment, Dylan was right there at the front of the store to welcome my sister and I with a welcoming smile. He was very helpful, answered all of my questions, and led me straight to the jeans I was looking for. He also got a fitting room started for me and when the jeans I wanted weren’t in the color I wanted , he found them online. Overall great experience, I will be recommending it to friends and family and will be coming back again.

  I had the pleasure of being assisted by Tony. He was absolutely amazing. He knew the product, knew the sizes, knew the fit. That’s very helpful especially when you come into the store and you’re not exactly sure what sizes and fit may be right for you. Tony was super helpful and made suggestions that were just perfect for me. I appreciate his assistance and it was a great overall experience dealing with him. The next time I go, I hope to deal with another associate that maybe just like him who knows the product and sizes as well as he did
