  I went to the Brea Alo store and I was greeted by Mileny I had a return to do that I was having a hard time online to exchange because I purchased it over 30 days ago but I was vacation . I did not know the sizes ran so so big I told her what happened I told her my experience on line and I also told her all 3 Alo stores around my area had bad reviews but she was wonderful and a great help she had me try them on I was a med not an XL thank you again for helping me and not giving me such a hard time on a return like I was given over the phone !😊🙏

  I’m a regular customer spending thousands of dollars here every year, yet the staff’s service was extremely poor. Their rude attitude made me feel totally unwelcome shopping in this store. Shopping online is far more convenient with better service. If the employees don’t want to work, they should stay at home instead. This shop doesn’t deserve to stay open at all, and I’ll never come again.

  DON’T SELECT THIS STORE for any item pick-up. The clothing is expensive and you would think the Customer Service would be excellent. Wrong.. Ordered online for store pick up Brea Mall. As of May 5, 2026, my order is still processing to be filled. I selected store pickup as the items were going to be a Mother’s Day gift. Secondly, received notification that two items on the order were ready for pick up. Had to wait 20 minutes for the order to be ready. Will be canceling my order as I purchased Nike wear without this drama. Alo, first time shopping and last. You’re not worth the price and lack of Customer Service does not help your company.
