  DON’T SELECT THIS STORE for any item pick-up. The clothing is expensive and you would think the Customer Service would be excellent. Wrong.. Ordered online for store pick up Brea Mall. As of May 5, 2026, my order is still processing to be filled. I selected store pickup as the items were going to be a Mother’s Day gift. Secondly, received notification that two items on the order were ready for pick up. Had to wait 20 minutes for the order to be ready. Will be canceling my order as I purchased Nike wear without this drama. Alo, first time shopping and last. You’re not worth the price and lack of Customer Service does not help your company.

  Only one assistant shopper are very welcoming while not so much for the others. Weird vibes. Staff in the fitting room (hopefully not intentionally) told me there is no other size while there is apparently an ample supply of the sizes. Styles are very limited, I thought it should have more styles since this is a new store. I will not come back again, may still driver farther to the Newport Beach location - bigger, more styles, better shopping experience.

  Very disappointing experience at the Brea Alo store. I recently purchased a pink set and wore the sweats the same day. The next day, I washed them inside out on a light load, delicate cycle, and cold water. They came out heavily stained after just one wash. I was not aware they required such extreme delicate care, especially considering the price. I had them for one day before they were ruined. I called the store, and the associate strongly recommended I come in so they could better understand the issue, even though I explained it’s a 40–45 minute drive. When I arrived, the first associate who helped me was very kind and seemed to understand the situation. He appeared willing to offer a fair exchange but was unsure how to proceed, so he asked the worker next to him for guidance. However, a separate woman stepped in, interrupted, and handled the situation very rudely. She insisted I must have washed them with denim (which I didn’t and I said many times) and immediately refused to help. For such pricey sweats, I would have expected better quality and a more understanding team. Instead, I had an item ruined after one wash and then had to deal with a rude associate on top of it — overall just a bad-on-bad experience. I hope this review is helpful for anyone deciding whether to purchase items here or visit this specific store.
