- WJWing In JSep 29, 20261.0I’m a regular customer at this Alo store, and my past experiences have been great. Unfortunately, the associate who helped me with a return on September 28 was condescending and made me feel very uncomfortable. I left feeling disappointed.

I did not know the sizes ran so so big I told her what happened I told her my experience on line and I also told her all 3 Alo stores around my area had bad reviews but she was wonderful and a great help she had me try them on I was a med not an XL thank you again for helping me and not giving me such a hard time on a return like I was given over the phone !😊🙏

- GGGM GoodJun 2, 20261.0I’m a regular customer spending thousands of dollars here every year, yet the staff’s service was extremely poor. Their rude attitude made me feel totally unwelcome shopping in this store. Shopping online is far more convenient with better service. If the employees don’t want to work, they should stay at home instead. This shop doesn’t deserve to stay open at all, and I’ll never come again.
