  반클리프에서 첫 구매였는데 정말 인상 깊었던 특별한 경험이었습니다. 남편과 저는 어제 오후2시쯤에 예약 없이 워크인으로 방문했는데, 기다리는 동안 남자 직원분께서 초콜릿과 음료를 챙겨주셔서 편안하면서도 기분 좋게 기다릴 수 있었습니다. 젊은 남성분의 고객을 배려해 주시는 세심하고 따뜻한 마음이 느껴져서 기다리는 시간마저 즐거운 추억으로 남았어요. 하와이에서 오신 Justine Yi 님께서 목걸이 구매를 도와주셨는데, 정말 친절하고 세심하게 응대해 주셨습니다. 제품에 대한 설명도 매우 자세하고 이해하기 쉽게 해주셨으며, 제가 충분히 생각하고 편안하게 선택할 수 있도록 정성껏 도와주셨습니다.단순히 제품을 판매하는 것이 아니라 고객의 마음까지 세심하게 배려해 주시는 프로다운 모습이 인상적이었습니다. 덕분에 목걸이를 착용해보고 구매하기까지의 순간이 너무 즐거웠고 행복한 추억으로 남았습니다. 리뷰는 평소에 귀찮아서 잘 안남기는데 여기는 너무 만족스러워서 남깁니다.앞으로도 다시 방문하고 싶은 곳입니다.

  Andre made the experience of purchasing a bracelet for my girlfriend truly enjoyable. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout the process. Great experience overall!

  I fell in love with their rose gold perlee wedding band but really wanted to see it in person to make sure. With the wedding so close, I did not have time to order it and get a new one if I did not like it. Luckily, my Husband (Fiancé at the time) was in the area for work so he stopped by the store and the sales associate let us FaceTime and everything. She answered all my questions and helped make sure I loved it and it was the right size. She even shipped it from the store to the house so my husband did not have to deal with it when traveling. She really helped make it a wonderful experience and 100% confident in my decision.

  Josh was absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish. He was incredibly attentive, gracious, and genuinely committed to making sure every detail was handled perfectly. He helped me navigate a situation involving a ring I had purchased and made the entire process feel completely seamless and stress-free. His professionalism, warmth, and exceptional level of service made the experience truly special. Josh is a wonderful reflection of Van Cleef and I could not recommend him more highly. I look forward to working with him again in the future!!
