  Franchement je m'attendais à mieux comme accueil, les vendeurs étaient tous occupé à autre chose, soit sur leur téléphone soit à rangé . Nous avons demandé de l'eau pétillanthe. Les bouteilles sont de terre arrivées. Il a fallu demander des verres car je ne bois pas au goulot . Il a fallu attendre 25 minutes pour que les verres arrivent, certes, il y avait les glaçons mais je pense qu'il nous avait certainement oublié. De plus, mon ami à essayer des pantalons et ce même vendeur était occupé avec une autre personne à côté une femme. Je peux vous dire qu'il n'a pas apprécié. Franchement je n'y reviendrai pas et je ne conseille pas ce magasin. La seule partie très intéressante où les gens sont sympathiques et s'occupent de vous et répondre à vos questions. C'est l'étage qui est tout en haut ou il y a toute la décoration canapé table lampes vaisselle tissu. C'est la seule partie que je recommande à 200 %. Ne perdez pas votre temps au niveau des vêtements.

  I’m sorry this review is so late, but I couldn’t let this experience go without mentioning it. I visited the Polo Ralph Lauren store in Beverly Hills on September 9th, 2025, and it’s still one of the most memorable shopping experiences I’ve had. One of the team members, who looked incredibly well put together and perfectly represented the brand, complimented my outfit. It was such a simple gesture, but it genuinely made my day, and I still think about it and smile. I truly hope they’re still working there because they deserve all the credit for making customers feel so welcome and valued. I also really appreciated that the staff didn’t treat us like typical tourists. Everyone was warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. It’s those little moments of kindness and outstanding customer service that leave a lasting impression. I can’t wait to visit again one day!

  The Ralph Lauren flagship captures everything people love about the brand. The store itself is beautiful, with a classic design that makes browsing enjoyable, and the selection is outstanding. The associates were friendly, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping us find exactly what we were looking for. They offered great advice on sizing and styling while giving us plenty of space to explore. Between the quality of the clothing and the excellent customer service, this was an enjoyable shopping experience from beginning to end.
