  The Ralph Lauren flagship captures everything people love about the brand. The store itself is beautiful, with a classic design that makes browsing enjoyable, and the selection is outstanding. The associates were friendly, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping us find exactly what we were looking for. They offered great advice on sizing and styling while giving us plenty of space to explore. Between the quality of the clothing and the excellent customer service, this was an enjoyable shopping experience from beginning to end.

  Good service and friendly staff. For a flagship store though, they dont have as big of a selection as you'd think. They do have more in storage which they are happy to bring out, but you kind of have to know what you want before hand for that to happen. Their classic cotton polos for example, almost none are on display. This store is more geared toward the high end line of garments like the purple line and their business suits. 5 stars because come on, this is the flag ship store for the entire country. They have a tailor department in house and do alterations for any and all garments in the store, from polos to dresses to suits. I do expect to return to this store and continue buying from here, I had a good experience and was not pushed into buying anything.

  I went last October to buy a suit for a wedding. Selection and service was decent until it came to alteration. Not only did they PROMISE they would get it done ON time (which they didn't). They had to deliver the suit less than 24 hours until the wedding after i drove 40 mins from DTLA to BH for nothing (It wasn't ready). To top that off - They completely ruined the pants and jacket, cut too short. After spending over $2k (ok incl boots) you'd expect better. The sales person tried to gaslight me into "No - they are not too short". (Pants were cut too short and the jacket sleeve as well.). I really love RL but this was not OK. Don't overpromise just because you wanna make a sale and then later having to rush only to do a miserable job.

  love this location bit smaller compared to the NYC location but really amazing. i wish they had the cafe here.
