  I’m sorry this review is so late, but I couldn’t let this experience go without mentioning it. I visited the Polo Ralph Lauren store in Beverly Hills on September 9th, 2025, and it’s still one of the most memorable shopping experiences I’ve had. One of the team members, who looked incredibly well put together and perfectly represented the brand, complimented my outfit. It was such a simple gesture, but it genuinely made my day, and I still think about it and smile. I truly hope they’re still working there because they deserve all the credit for making customers feel so welcome and valued. I also really appreciated that the staff didn’t treat us like typical tourists. Everyone was warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. It’s those little moments of kindness and outstanding customer service that leave a lasting impression. I can’t wait to visit again one day!

  The Ralph Lauren flagship captures everything people love about the brand. The store itself is beautiful, with a classic design that makes browsing enjoyable, and the selection is outstanding. The associates were friendly, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping us find exactly what we were looking for. They offered great advice on sizing and styling while giving us plenty of space to explore. Between the quality of the clothing and the excellent customer service, this was an enjoyable shopping experience from beginning to end.

  Good service and friendly staff. For a flagship store though, they dont have as big of a selection as you'd think. They do have more in storage which they are happy to bring out, but you kind of have to know what you want before hand for that to happen. Their classic cotton polos for example, almost none are on display. This store is more geared toward the high end line of garments like the purple line and their business suits. 5 stars because come on, this is the flag ship store for the entire country. They have a tailor department in house and do alterations for any and all garments in the store, from polos to dresses to suits. I do expect to return to this store and continue buying from here, I had a good experience and was not pushed into buying anything.
