Did not feel welcomed, staff too busy giggling amongst themselves to answer my question or assist me, so i made a point of driving, making the purchase at the Westfield location. However, I returned for alterations and had a completely different experience. The staff were professional and attentive, but the real 👏goes to Sophia❤️, the seamstress. She communicated clearly, offered helpful tips and suggestions, and completed the work quickly and beautifully. Really appreciated the difference this time!
